Oil Gas Coal

OIL GAS COAL

Specialised membrane systems for specialised industries

Ecotechnol provides a highly specialised membrane treatment system for a wide range of oil and gas industry applications. We also specialise in technology enabling the capture of carbon dioxide from industries utilising fossil fuels.

We have extensive experience in the oil, gas and coal industries, achieving cost effective, highly efficient, waste management solutions for each of them.

Produced Water Treatment
  • Small footprint (80% less than current best available technology)
  • Ideal for off-shore platforms where space is limited
  • Very high treatment capacity compared to existing plants
  • Exceeds current environmental discharge limits
Refinery Effluent Treatment
  • Our membrane systems can handle heavily polluted streams, assist in the removal of heavy metals from effluent streams, and treat waste water.
  • We also specialise in spent caustic treatment and recycling.
C2CF

Our patented membrane system can capture more than 90% of CO2 present in exhaust gasses. After undergoing other treatment processes, valuable commodities such as eco conscious clean fuels without SOx and NOx are produced, which can significantly add value to industrial operations.

Oily Water and Produced Water Applications – Overview

Ecotechnol isare able to design and implement effective systems to process produced water created during oil/gas production. Once processed, it can be used for other beneficial purposes such as:

  • Steam generator make-up
  • Irrigation water
  • High TDS purified Sodium chloride for drilling

Oil & Gas Experiences-Advanced Water Treatment

We also design and supply advanced process water treatment solutions, suited to complex and specialised situations.

SWS Technology and Process Improvements within a Refinery

We apply SWS technology to improve processing costs and capabilities for refineries.

Nickel recovery From Tailings

Ecotechnol’s membrane systems are designed to maximise the reprocessing and recovery of valuable metals from tailings or tailings dams, through the use of new hydrometallurgical processes.
